Terms of service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all my terms of service. Breaking my TOS will automatically cancel your commission in which a refund may or may not be eligible (see refund section.) Breaking of the TOS more than twice will end with you being blacklisted from doing business with me in the future.

  • I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason

  • Your commission is yours but I keep rights to the commission. I am able to post commissions on my own site or social media X3

  • Any commission is for personal non-commercial usage only!!

  • Don't use my work for profit of any kind >:(

  • Don't use my art for NFT/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency purposes!! >:((

  • my work is never to be used in the training of ai No ai at all of any kind >:((

  • Turnaround time is usually anywhere from 1-4 weeks!

  • You may ask for updates! But please me patient with me.

  • You may not edit my art in any circumstance.

  • No reposting unless you got my allowance

  • do not claim you made the commission

  • Don't remove my watermark! Commissions don't come without watermark!!

Payment

  • Everything is paid in euro over ko-fi,VGen or paypal

  • Payment is upfront in full

  • No crypto or anything >:(

Refunds

  • No full refunds after i started drawing!!

  • Filing a chargeback on Paypal will get you automatically blacklisted

  • Gore

  • Nsfw & suggestive

  • Hate art of any kind

  • Realism/semi realism

  • Children (-14) no matter context

  • Characters that do not belong to you without explicit permission from the characters' owners (unless canon)

  • Pedo/loli/shota

I might struggle with

  • Very muscular men

  • Some mecha

  • Some animal/furry species

  • Complex poses

Adopts and custom characters

once you adopt (buy) a character design, it becomes your oc! you can use it for roleplaying, cosplaying, getting commissioned art, etc.
after i receive your payment, you will receive ownership and an high res artwork of the character design and i can transfer it to you on toyhousepurchasing an adoptable from me automatically means that you agree to these terms

  • all adopts bought from me are for personal use only, you may not use any of my designs for commercial use (including using it as a vtuber/mascot)

  • you may not use the character to promote anything hateful

  • you may not claim to be the creator of the original artwork or design

  • you must credit me for the design and the original artwork (when appropriate)

  • after purchasing, you may decide the character's name, personality, backstory, etc. (When discussed before purchase a name and pronouns can be added to the artwork)

  • Don't change the original artwork don't edit or alter my art pls

  • please don't resell for more than what you paid without adding anything of your own!

  • i retain the rights to use the artwork in social media and portfolios (explicitly stated as a sold adoptable)
